Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping orders are sent with UPS or the Postal service. There is a $2 handling fee on each order.Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. All merchandise returned must not opened and in perfect condition.
Packing slips are required for all returns. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
